At FIT, Personal Training doesn't have to be just 1 on 1 training; but it is "Personal". Group training is a great way to get started and combines the intensity of personal training with the electric atmosphere & support of being in a group of like minded people with the added bonus of reduced cost. Although you will be training with other people, your progression will be monitored and your training adjusted accordingly.
Group Training is an awesome way to get outdoors in a fun, social environment and enjoy your training with others while still getting all the benefits of having a Personal Trainer. No two sessions are exactly the same!! No matter what fitness level you are everyone gets a great workout.
